TERROIR | Some vineyards are located in Lazise close to Lake Garda. The soil is gravelly and sandy of medium density, located on the valley floor. Others nestled into the foothills of abruzzo is the ‘terre di chieti’ appellation. in the rolling hills that stretch between the adriatic in the east to the appenine mountains in the west, located in the hillsides between 250/400m above sea level.

After multiple trips to italy together, the founders, augusto ferrarese and ryan zeman, realized it was time to bring high quality “table wine” to the U.S. there is a story to be told behind every label and winemaker. we are commited to organic grapes, “clean” wines, complete transparency and nothing but delicious juice! it is all about sharing, and today, we share with you!

Sangiovese

VARIETY | Sangiovese

VINEYARDS | Nestled into the foothills of Abruzzo is the ‘terre di chieti’ appellation. in the rolling hills that stretch between the adriatic in the east to the appenine mountains in the west. these vineyards are farmed by a tiny 60 year old cooperativo located in canosa. they are located in the hillsides between 250/400m above sea level.

VINIFICATION | involves the separation of husks and stalks from the grapes followed by a soft pressing. fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature for 15-20 days using selected yeast. the wine is claried with bentonite which classies the wine as VEGAN. Cold stabilized and kept at temperature control until bottled.

Pinot Grigio

VARIETY | Pinot Grigio

VINEYARDS | The vineyards are located in Lazise close to Lake Garda. The soil is gravelly and sandy of medium density, located on the valley floor. Grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of September of each year

VINIFICATION | involves the separation of husks and stalks from the grapes followed by a soft pressing. fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature for 15-20 days using selected yeast. the wine is claried with bentonite which classies the wine as VEGAN. Cold stabilized and kept at temperature control until bottled.
